About us

Ti Leadership, LLC is a consulting practice led by Dr. Cleve W. Stevens, one of today’s foremost thinkers in the psychology of leadership. Cleve is also a leading-edge practitioner in the application of corporate leadership and organizational growth methodologies. He adheres to an approach known as Transforming Integral (Ti) Leadership, a process that puts the growth and development of business leaders and their employees front and center. For nearly 30 years he has worked with senior executives and their teams in Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies and beyond. He has worked with business leaders across North America, in Western Europe, and in Asia. While most of his work has been in the C-suites of U.S. and international corporations, he has also worked with educators in bringing a fresh growth-based approach in understanding how to enhance the K-12 learning experience.
Cleve is the author of the critically acclaimed book The Best in Us: People, Profit, and the Remaking of Modern Leadership (Beaufort Books: N.Y., N.Y.), numerous articles appearing in periodicals such as Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Time Magazine, and in leadership journals such as Leader to Leader. He has appeared on CNN, PBS, Fox Business News, on radio programs throughout North America and in the U.K. and was featured in The Sunday Times of London. The list of companies Cleve has worked with includes Visa Inc., Sempra US Gas and Power (one of the largest utilities in Southern California), Cox Communications, and Avnet Inc. (the largest distributor of semi-conductors in the world). He holds a B.A from the University of California at Irvine, an M. Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a PhD in Social Ethics from the University of Southern California. He has taught Transformational Leadership and Global Leadership at both the graduate and undergraduate levels at the University of Southern California, Beijing University, and Northeastern University (China), among others. 
He currently lives in the mountains of Southwest Colorado with his wife, Heather, and their three dogs: Mahatma, Hera, and Keeva.
